Who this coaching is for
For people recovering from chronic post-concussion symptoms. If you're willing to have an open mind to learn about the impact of nutrition on brain health, and are happy to make sensible and realistic adjustments to your daily eating habits, this practical and informative course is a great place to start.
How this coaching helps
We will explore the principles of nutrition and brain health and you'll get plenty of resources to follow up if you want to know more detail. Theory is only a part of it - we'll then take time to consider HOW to apply these principles in your day-to-day real life and identify WHAT you want to do to start making changes.
How Group Coaching works
2 sixty-minute interactive sessions online (using Zoom) over two weeks, with a thirty minute follow up in week 3. We'll take a 2 minute 'brain break' in the middle, and work in break-out groups of 3 to discuss the changes you plan to make. Cameras are encouraged but if you struggle with screens it's totally fine to keep the camera off. Please contact me for future dates using the 'Contact Me' link on my profile.
