Our coaching sessions will enable you to develop your understanding of how 4 key areas of nutrition and lifestyle changes can impact brain injury recovery, create a simple personalised plan and decide on small steps each week to take you forwards. This coaching can be used alongside any ongoing medical support, so that you can do everything you can to facilitate your recovery back to full health.

For people recovering from chronic post-concussion symptoms. If you're willing to have an open mind on the impact of nutrition and lifestyle changes on your recovery from a mild traumatic brain injury, and happy to make adjustments to your daily habits, this coaching may be the extra boost you need to get well again.
How this coaching helps
I support you in focusing on 4 key areas, according to your priorities, at your pace: - Nervous system regulation to reduce stress, overcome pain and aid the healing process - Mindset and removing barriers to recovery - Nutrition, focusing on balancing blood sugar and incorporating foods with strong evidence in supporting brain function and repair - Gradual increase in exercise, at your pace Theory is only a part of it - we'll then take time to consider HOW to apply these principles in your day-to-day real life and identify WHAT you want to do to start making changes.
How One to One Coaching works

Our coaching sessions will be weekly, on Zoom, with 6 sessions spread out over up to 9 weeks. Each session lasts one hour, and you will come out of each one with a clear plan and actions that you've chosen to move forwards with.
