I cut through the noise to give you clarity, understanding and direction for specific actions you can take to help your recovery. No more trial and error. No more overwhelm. Through my research and personal experience I’ve identified 5 key areas that we can each work on to help our body and brain recover from ongoing symptoms following a concussion: - Nervous system regulation - Pain reprocessing - Nutrition - Movement - Mindset The coaching works alongside any existing therapies or medical interventions that you may be having.

Who this coaching is for

If you have suffered a ‘mild’ Traumatic Brain Injury and have been experiencing post concussion symptoms for months or years, this programme is for you. It’s your opportunity to take action, to get from where you are now, to where you want to be. Even if you’ve been told that ‘this is it’ in terms of your recovery, it’s not!

How this coaching helps

After each session you will come away with a simple, realistic and personalised plan with a clear understanding of WHAT action(s) you choose to take, with an understanding of WHY they help, and HOW you’re going to make them happen. You will also get resources to follow up on if you want to delve deeper. No nonsense, no fluff, just practical things that will help you see progress within weeks.

How Group Coaching works

5 weekly one-hour sessions, online using Zoom. Each consecutive session is structured as follows: Overview of key information for the 5 steps of Concussion Recovery, evidence base and options for practical actions Personal reflection and action planning Group coaching to ensure individual success Progress reviews on subsequent sessions I encourage attending live, but the sessions will be recorded in case you can’t attend. We have a 'brain break' half way through to help reduce fatigue.
