I am a Women's Health Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist (with specialities in Fertility and HypnoMenopause™). I trained as a Health Coach from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), equipping me to use a range of specialist coaching tools and techniques. I also have a trained background as a Life Coach and a qualification as a Fertile Body Method Practitioner and I incorporate these skills into my sessions. I focus on Women's hormones health and I am passionate in championing women's well-being.

My online Hormone Balance Plans are for women that are experiencing symptoms from hormone or menstrual issues, fertility, perimenopause and menopause. Hormonal imbalances can give you unpleasant symptoms such as fatigue, mood swings, irregular periods, headaches, skin changes, weight changes, bowel changes, sleep issues and hot flushes.
