What’s your approach? Why might I like working with you?

Courses with me are developed with knowledge of what works, they're designed using evidence based behaviour change frameworks. You will experience a holistic, person centred approach, I consider all the little details to make big changes in lifestyle that stick. My courses bring people together in safe supportive spaces, we move together and you'll receive tried and trusted nutrition plans.​​​​​​​​​ We'll work well together if you:​ - are open to giving a proven programme a go and making changes - know that having someone to be accountable to helps you - enjoy learning, working hard and having fun.

What’s your story and why are you a Health Coach?

What underpins all I do is my purpose to ensure everybody: - wakes up feeling enthusiastic about their day - is listened to and understood - has the opportunity to move in ways that make them feel good. For me, the joy is in finding ways I can help move towards that vision and that everything I deliver and champion is evidence based and human centred. I've committed my life and career to doing that. This has included: - supporting groups around the world on bikes, in walking boots, up mountains, at conferences, in offices, and in their homes—on chairs, mats, and in Zoom rooms - closing London's roads for people to walk, wheel and ride around the city car(e) free - leading major insights projects (Strength Messaging Insight, access to Rehabilitation, Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) - delivering national public health campaigns (Stronger My Way, Sport England) - forming strategies working with healthcare professionals and people living with long-term conditions (Moving with a Lung Condition, Asthma+Lung UK) - managing partnerships to ensure everyone has the Right to Rehabilitation (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) - volunteering on nature walks for people living with dementia at Wakehurst - serving on the board as a Trustee at Active Sussex - training to be Pilates teacher with Body Control Pilates and teaching groups and 121s - qualifying as a health coach with Health Coaches Acadamy.
