Hello, I'm Tracy A.
I am a UK-based Registered Health Coach and Pharmacist. I help busy individuals improve their energy, sleep, and create healthier boundaries, by focussing on healthier eating options, a winding down routine to help you relax and working on limiting beliefs that may be getting you to say yes when you want to say no. My five-year Long Covid journey drives my empathy for those struggling with lasting health changes, especially where their bodies don’t feel as their own. I am currently supporting entrepreneurs stay on top of their health so they can grow their business without sacrificing their health. My mission is to empower the over-40s away from the myth that health goes down after 40, by helping them embrace, enjoyable, healthier habits as the key to consistency and long term sustainability.

Please share a health transformation story from one of your recent clients.
Problem: She wanted to eat better, feel happier, lose weight, and snack less, but her job in a call centre, was super busy and her schedule was all over the place. Obstacles: No time, crazy work hours, tired after work, stress, and cravings. How we fixed it: I guided her and she picked one day to cook healthy meals, she chose to walk home from work as that was more practical, and she chose to write in a journal before bed to calm her mind. Result: She lost weight, feels so much happier, handles work stress better, journals in between calls when its been stressful, her confidence has gone up and she is still doing great months later.

Listening & Understanding I take the time to truly hear what you need and check in with you to make sure I’ve understood. This ensures that our work caters to you from the start. 2. Exploring the Right Options for You I help you explore all sorts of options that would work for you. It is here your mind finds things that you never thought of but were right in front of you. That makes you feel excited and with that excitement you decide what you want to do. That then drives you rather than relying on motivation which is fleeting. 3. Making It Realistic & Doable Your plan will fit into your actual life—your schedule, responsibilities, and energy levels—so you feel confident that you will do what you said you would do. 4. Problem-Solving for Long-Term Success If things don’t go as planned, we’ll dig into what happened and adjust. This process helps you understand why your previous attempts may not have worked and starts to build up your winning formula, that sets you up for success. 5. Celebrating Wins & Building Confidence My approach is also one to celebrate wins, as big or as small as they are, and to mark it in a way that fits you. This way you're building an attitude to overcoming challenges in a healthy way while knowing and having confidence you are on track to achieve your goal.
What’s your story and why are you a Health Coach?
My story starts with Long Covid, a journey that began 5 years ago. I found that I was not able to do my role as a pharmacist as I wanted to. I took a journey to find what would suit my new body and found Health Coaching. It was what I had been looking for but never knew it existed. I am a health coach because you thrive in your health and life, when you receive guidance and support when making changes to your health and lifestyle, because living a healthy life is not easy. There is so much temptation everywhere, and so many things that make it hard e.g., - a family that doesn't like veggie, or the things you like, a busy schedule, the vicious cycle of the effects of e.g., not sleeping well-constantly tired, so you can't be active or meal prep, late night meetings/events. I have seen the reality of what happens when we don't take care of our health. Bags of medication, multiple appointments, isolation, sadness and it doesn't have to be that way. I am a Health Coach to help people see regardless of how poor your health is, you can find your own way of improving the quality of your life and be happier. You don't have to be stuck where you are and you don't have to sentence yourself to a life of unhappiness. There is more to life, if you chose to have it. I have seen first hand what it looks like to improve your lifestyle and live a fulfilled life, when your illness doesn't have a cure. I am a Health coach to help people live the healthier happier life they truly want.
