How this coaching helps
Gail shared about how coaching with me helped ease her stress eating habits. I discovered through the process that I could do something to help manage my stress response and that my behaviours are habits that can be changed rather than something that was wrong with me. I know I can be treated and can heal myself now. I am so grateful that this journey has started.
How Group Coaching works
Courses with me are online over 10 weeks. You'll have 8 group sessions over 10 weeks with no more than 4 in a group and 8 Pilates classes with me.
