My coaching is for men and women in their 50s and 60s who want to change their health trajectory and who possibly feel confused and overwhelmed by the wealth of often contradictory health information.

One to one coaching offers a safe and supportive space for you to explore your health goals and the challenges you are facing. Coaching sessions are geared around you and will help you make small, sustainable, lifestyle changes which will improve your health today and improve your future health.
How One to One Coaching works
One to one coaching is a totally personalized approach to improving your health. As your coach, I provide accountability, support, guidance and encouragement. It is a partnership. We can work together for as long as you want to. I always recommend a minimum of 4 weeks. Thereafter, it depends on your health goals and where you would like your health to be in the future.
