This 12-session coaching program (1 hour per session) is designed to help you move past frustration, confusion, and setbacks so you can: 1. confidently manage your blood sugar 2. feel more energized 3. regain control over your health. We’ll address the real-life struggles people with diabetes face and work together to find real, doable solutions that fit into your lifestyle. Everything seems off-limits.” ✅ How we’ll work on this: Instead of focusing on what you "can’t" have, we’ll explore meals that stabilize blood sugar while still being enjoyable.
