How this coaching helps

Through focusing on your gut health and reducing inflammation in your gut you will see improvements in your spine, back and joint health. Feelings of pain, stiffness, mobility, range of movement will be improved and alongside that you will notice weight loss, sleep improvements, increased energy, better mental wellbeing and general feelings of better health.

How One to One Coaching works

We will start with an initial 90 minute getting to know you call - priced at £70 - taking a deep dive into how you live your life, how you are feelings, what are the areas you are wanting to focus on - looking at you as a person before focusing on the issue you are wanting to focus on. This will give me an idea of the programme we can create for you as an individual to work together on each week to improve you gut and spinal health. We will meet on a weekly basis for one hour online or in person to talk through how things are going. We will have daily contact for any questions and motivational messages. I will share dietary advice, lifestyle improvements and "homework" to focus on until our next time together. Each 1:1 working programme is different so will therefore be priced accordingly. A 4 week course will be £397 however the length of the course will be dependant on how working together will be decided during the initial call
