Are you concerned that your brain doesn't function as well as it used to? Or perhaps ageing friends or family leave you feeling worried about your own brain function as you get older? We seem to look after our cars better than we look after our brains, so it's time for a Brain Health MOT. Each week we focus on a key area of lifestyle practices that impact brain health: - Nervous system regulation - Nutrition - Movement - Mindset We take a dual perspective by looking at brain optmisation for day to day life, alongside strategies for brain protection for the future.

Who this coaching is for

If you're of any age and wanting to gain more mental clarity, calm a chattering mind, handle stress more effectively and know how to protect your brain for now and the future, this short course is for you. We use applied neurology to consider key ways in which the brain functions, what nutrition and lifestyle factors influence cognitive function, and what steps we an each take in day to day life, in a way that works with our own priorities and schedules.

How this coaching helps

After each session you will come away with a simple, realistic and personalised plan with a clear understanding of WHAT action(s) you choose to take, with an understanding of WHY they help, and HOW you’re going to make them happen. You will also get resources to follow up on if you want to delve deeper. No nonsense, no fluff, just practical things that will help you see progress within weeks.

How Group Coaching works

4 weekly one-hour sessions, online using Zoom. Each consecutive session is structured as follows: Overview of key information Brain Health, Evidence base and options for practical actions Personal reflection and action planning Group coaching to ensure individual success Progress reviews on subsequent sessions I encourage attending live, but the sessions will be recorded in case you can’t attend. We have a 'brain break' half way through to help reduce fatigue.
