All attendees will receive a 1 to 1 coaching session in addition to the 12 live via Zoom group sessions.

Who this coaching is for
It is for men and women who wish to reduce their risk of developing dementia whether or not they have a parent with dementia.
How this coaching helps
Dementia is a multi-factorial disease and this programme will help participants identify which aspects of their lifestyle they want to work on. The course will empower participants to take control of their health. They will learn powerful tools to alleviate the impact of stress and improve their sleep; many will gain mental resilience and greater clarity of thinking; changes to their diet may lead to weight loss and improved energy; and many experience less physical aches and pains. Most importantly, participants feel more confident about their future brain health.
How Group Coaching works
This is an online group course with 12 weekly live and interactive coaching sessions. Each participant will also be able to have a 1 hour 1 to 1 coaching session with me. Group coaching is a supportive experience where participants learn from each other and can use the group for accountability. At the end of each session participants will have a few actionable steps to work on.
