The course is for anyone wishing to improve their knowledge of how important their gut health is and how it is related to their spine health. If you are suffering from any musculoskeletal pain this is the course for you. The course is for beginners up to knowledgeable medical professionals. The language used in the course will be understandable for all and the information shared can be implemented into anyone's life who is wishing to improve their gut health and their spinal health

How this coaching helps

It will help you gain the knowledge you can implement into your everyday to see improvements in your overall physical and mental health especially if you are suffering from any musculorskeletal pain in any area of your body. You will also see improvements in your sleep, energy, mental health and overall physical helath

How Group Coaching works

Starting 7th May for 4 weeks we will hold 2 hour Zoom sessions. Each hour will be split between learning about your Spine and Nervous System and Gut Health. Each session will be taken up with a 30 minute of lecture including slides and takeaway information followed by a 30 minute Q&A. There will be PDF downloads and the videos will have lifetime access availability. We will also be given you "homework" to work on during the week before the next class.
