If you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, struggling with low energy or hormonal or menopause symptoms, then my bespoke coaching programs are here to help you regain balance and improve your health and wellbeing and quality of life. My mission is simple, to help individuals and organisations achieve lasting health, balance and vitality. I believe that true wellbeing comes from addressing the whole person—the physical, mental and emotional—and I’m passionate about guiding my clients towards sustainable, positive change. Rest assured, you are in very safe hands as I am a Registered Health and Wellbeing Coach, a qualified yoga teacher, yoga therapist and trained in mindfulness, accredited by the UKIHCA, the Association for Coaching and the International Stress Management Association and others. Together we’ll work on: • Managing stress and/or anxiety or overwhelm effectively • Improving sleep quality for better rest and recovery • Boosting energy, mood and mental clarity • Improving nutrition for better overall health and wellbeing • Achieving a healthier work-life balance • Building lasting healthy habits that work for you. Amy is a busy working mum- with 2 children, a house project on the go and juggling lots of different things. She came to me struggling with low mood, low energy, struggling with hormonal issues and that she felt she had lost her 'mojo'. She wanted to improve her energy levels, feel less stressed, lose weight, find time for herself and feel healthier and happier. Together we worked on identifying small steps that were manageable and achieveable that could fit into Amy's life that would help her reach her health and wellbeing goals. We worked on her nutrition, on incorporating getting outside and exercise into her routine and looked at her sleep and introduced some simple stress management strategies. After 6 sessions Amy was losing weight for the first time in years, had more energy and 'felt happy and positive about the future again.'

I also provide tailored corporate wellness programs to enhance employee health and productivity. What’s your story and why are you a Health Coach?
Now based in Stratford on Avon, Warwickshire and a busy working mum with 2 teenage sons, my own journey into health and wellbeing coaching began 15 years ago when I experienced firsthand the challenges of managing stress, low energy, unbalanced nutrition and poor sleep, which led to a huge health scare. This became the start of my deep dive into all things health and wellbeing, training to be a yoga teacher, yoga therapist, in mindfulness and subsequently as a Health and Wellbeing Coach. Through all this personal experience, research and professional training, I personally discovered the transformative power of nutrition, stress management, lifestyle and tailored wellbeing strategies- for the first time in my life I felt in control of my health and wellbeing! I’ve now made it my mission to share these tools with others- both individuals clients and organisations.
